On finishing her education, Karen had her sights set on becoming an air stewardess. This quickly changed after being offered a job in the NHS and found her way into finance and payroll, learning on the job and studying for her AAT she progressed to become an office manager.
In December 2024, she joined Lionhart as Operations Manager, making sure the office runs smoothly, and everyone has what they need. Outside of work, Karen enjoys a cheeky Prosecco or trying to enjoy the gym, it's a tough call and could go either way.
