Lynsey has always had a strong sense of purpose and a passion for helping others. Her first dream job was to become either a Paramedic or join the Army, both driven by her desire to make a difference and do something new every day. That plan changed rather quickly, though, after witnessing someone dislocate their elbow the moment, she realised she wasn’t too fond of blood or things being out of place!
After finishing college, Lynsey found her way into the financial world, starting out processing personal loans. Always ambitious and eager to progress, she began studying for her CeMAP qualification and soon landed her first role as a Mortgage Broker.
Over the years, Lynsey has built a wealth of experience working across brokerages, estate agencies, and later as a self-employed broker for ten years giving her the flexibility to balance work and family life.
After meeting her partner, Lynsey welcomed two boys into her life, and while she still loved being a broker, her priorities naturally shifted. In December 2023, she decided to move into an admin support role, assisting advisors and keying cases being a perfect fit for her attention to detail and supportive nature.
Outside of work, Lynsey is always on the go. She’s a big fan of staying active and loved playing netball until an unfortunate injury earlier this year sidelined her for a while. Family means everything to Lynsey, and together they’re often found exploring the outdoors, visiting zoos, swimming, or enjoying anything that keeps them moving and making memories.
