Being Charles’s wife, Nic has been an integral part of the team from the get go. Her background experience in finance, estate agency and office manager roles means she brings experience, vision, and structure to the team.

A lot of her work is behind the scenes, looking at how to improve the way the company operates, doing the payroll, making sure staff are happy and being a general sounding board for all. Most importantly, she is also the office baker, keeping the teams bellies full with baked goodies like flapjacks, brownies, and cakes on team meeting days. 

Nic has her hands full most of the time raising their two daughters, but in her spare times enjoys singing and beating Charles at quizzes (it's not even close).
